How to Request a Refund or Return

Return Instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- For defective items, we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label if available.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- We will process refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the buyer may not qualify for a full refund.
Defective Items
